| | Library Board | The Library Board meets regularly on the second Tuesday of each month. The Library Board serves in an advisory capacity to the Town Council by making recommendations pertaining to all matters of the library. |
| | Planning & Zoning Commission | The Planning and Zoning Commission meets regularly every third Monday of the month at 7:00 p.m., as well as for specially called meetings and joint workshops with the Town Council and other boards and commissions. |
| | Police Services Study Focus Group | An ad-hoc committee to provide citizen input to the consultants conducting the Police Services evaluation. |
| | Town Council | The Sunnyvale Town Council holds regular public meetings at 7:00 p.m. on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month at Town Hall. The Council may also call special meetings. All meetings are posted in accordance with the Open Meetings Act. |
