The library will open at 1 p.m. to allow staff to attend an event at Town Hall.  There is no storytime on December 13.

Story Times for children ages 2 to 5 and their caregivers are held on Wednesday mornings at 10:30 a.m.  Story times include several books and a fun craft or project to take home!

The library can arrange special story times for schools, daycare centers, or other groups upon request.  For more information, call 972-226-4491

Description:  The monthly meeting of our book club.  We encourage you to come even if you didn’t get all the way through the book for some great conversation.  Complimentary refreshments and coffee served.  Copies of the book are available for checkout at the library in advance of the meeting.

Join us at the Doris Padgett Public Library for crafts and storytime! Beginning at noon, you can work on beautiful festive holiday crafts or take a craft kit home (while supplies last). At 1 p.m., we'll have a special Christmas storytime!
