The Council Chambers at Town Hall may be reserved for events.  Maximum occupancy of the facility is designated at 200 persons and will be enforced. Chairs and tables (property of the Town of Sunnyvale) will be provided as needed but must be arranged at time of reservation.

Please note that we will only allow one Town Hall reservation per day for private events. Special exceptions may be granted for community events or Town meetings.

The Town must receive all required documentation and fees within three business days or your request will be cancelled without further notification:

  • Rental application
  • Deposit of $350.00 & Fees ($140.00 for three hours, $150.00 cleaning fee, and $40/each additional hour)
  • Driver's license or ID
